Fairhill & Co was established to address a common challenge across Dublin's residential and commercial property markets: sourcing reliable, vetted tradespeople who can deliver high-quality work in a timely and professional manner.

Through over 20 years of combined experience — spanning our property management company Marcon Real Estate, corporate housing provider ADOOR, and fit-out and staging business Home Living — we have worked directly with some of the most reliable and experienced tradespeople in the industry. That firsthand experience, across individual homeowners, landlords, and large property management firms, made one thing clear: the market needed a more dependable and responsive solution.
